Robert L. Brostowin, DC, DACNB, FACFN
Dr. Brostowin felt he was chosen to become a Chiropractor because of the experiences he had as a child. When he was 8 years old he was running across a highway and was hit by a car going 75 mph. His six weeks in the hospital taught him the importance of helping people, especially in their time of need. Dr. Brostowin decided then that he wanted to make that difference in other people’s lives. Not until he was 20 years old did he choose which field to enter. The decision was very easy, he states, he was getting treated by a chiropractic for about two months. Then the chiropractor did the same spinal manipulation he has done in the past. However, during this time, he felt his asthma shortly disappeared. Dr. Brostowin states his asthma came back, but after a few treatments, the asthma never came back. He states unless you have asthma or had it you can't understand the feeling of finally being able to breath without feeling there is a tight belt strapped around your chest and now for the first time being able to breath without thinking about every breath.
